What is the Spritz Cottage?
A plug-and-play aperitivo bar built around one drink done well. The cottage carries chilled Alfredo Soria Vermouth di Torino Rosso, Prosecco, soda, clear ice, stemmed glasses and rosemary, and one host who pours. Guests get a proper Singapore Spritz in under a minute; you get an Italian aperitivo moment without hiring a full bar.
What does the Spritz Cottage serve?
The Singapore Spritz: 90 ml Alfredo Soria Vermouth di Torino Rosso, 60 ml Prosecco and 30 ml soda over clear ice with rosemary. On request: Alfredo Soria on the rocks with an orange twist, a non-alcoholic sparkling spritz for guests who are not drinking, and an aperitivo snack set of olives, almonds and grissini. We keep the menu to one drink because that is what makes the cottage fast, consistent and small.
What events is it for?
Golden-hour gatherings of roughly 30 to 150 guests: garden parties, condo and clubhouse events, brand and product launches, gallery openings, wedding receptions and cocktail hours, corporate aperitivo evenings. Outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces suit it best; indoors it needs only its 2 m by 2 m footprint and a standard power point for the chiller and ice.

How does booking work?
Tell us the date, venue, guest count and hours. We confirm availability and send a single quote covering the cottage, the host, the drinks and the glassware; you pay a deposit to hold the date. On the day we arrive ahead of service, set up, pour, and pack down. Alcohol service is arranged with you for each event according to the venue's licensing.
